Polima Advanced Technology & Supplies Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in synthesizing, applying, and selling special engineering materials. These materials commonly include PES non-stick coatings, PES resin granules, PES resin powder, PES resin mini powder, PES modified materials, PES foam boards, etc. Particularly, the annual production capacity of PES coating and PES resin are between 1500 and 5000 tons.
Founded in 2000, Polima is located in Shunde, which is known as the ‘home of coating’ and ‘home of household appliances.’ Our company headquarters occupy an area of about 20,000㎡. They also own three famous brands - Polima, Jinhao, and Rainbow.

History

1995
The founder of Polima, Mr. Zeng, was visiting the general agency of Asia Pacific with a famous coating company called AkzoNobel. From there, he started to learn more about the industry of non-stick coatings.
1997
After studying and applying non-stick coating to other surfaces, Zhongshan Jinhao Company was founded with the independent technique, which mainly demands non-stick oil coating.
2000
The specialist Zhongshan Rainbow Company was established, which mainly produces water-soluble non-stick coating.
2002
We led a takeover of a PES factory in Shandong and built a scaled-up production chain with our own raw materials.
2004
We developed the first concept for a PES water-soluble non-stick coating, which has broken the previous concept that water-soluble non-stick coating only can use PAI as raw material.
2006
The company founder, Mr. Zeng., was appointed to “expert committee member” of China Daily Hardware Industrial Committee by China’s Ministry of Science and Technology.
2007
Zhongshan Jinhao and Rainbow company have merged to establish Foshan Polima Advanced Technology & Supplies Co., Ltd, which has been located in Shunde. The brand has an annual output of 5000 tons, and they mainly manufacture PES non-stick coating.
2012
Polima has set up a teaching base in the Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, which boosted the communication and cooperation between our company and university. It also provided constant talents for our business.
2014
After being invited by National Metal Dining And Cooking Utensils Standardization Technical Committee, Mr. Zeng developed national standard for the non-stick coating industry of household metal dining utensils. Furthermore, Polima has become one of the 500 highest growing small / medium-sized enterprises with major help from the Guangdong Province Government.
2017
Polima was awarded as the best High-Technology Enterprise.
2020
Polima was awarded the Leading Enterprise in the Foshan High-Tech Industry.

1. Izod Impact Strength Test – to test the impact resistance of PES resin materials.
2. Heat-Deflection Temperature & Vicat Softening Point Test – to test the heat resistance of PES resin materials.

4. Tensile Test – to test the tensile and bending strength of PES resin materials.

1. Heating-Quench Stability Test – to test the heat resistance and adhesion of PES coatings at 380℃.
