Historically, the majority of nonstick cookware has been coated in polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), also known as Teflon, a coating made by Dupont. While these pans are quite effective in being nonstick, they do come with safety concerns.
PTFE-based coating will release harmful fumes if it’s heated above 500°F, which is surprisingly easy to do, especially if you heat the pan empty, or cook just a small amount of food at a time.
Ceramic coating is considered safer than PTFE coating because it does not contain toxic chemicals such as PFOA, or release fumes when heated to higher temperatures.
However, their non-stick properties may be somewhat lower, and less durable than PTFE-based nonstick.
Polyethersulfone(PES) coating is a safe and durable option for kitchenware. It doesn’t contain PTFE or PFOA. As it is 100% non-toxic and food-grade, PES coating is an ideal option for most metal kitchenware. PES coating offer a series of excellent performance, such as being corrosion-resistant, abrasive-resistant, acid-base resistant, non-radioactive, highly insulated, fireproof, and so on.

The raw material is put into the grinding machine to be made into the semi-finished product.
Semi-finished products and emulsion are put into the dispersing machine to be made into the finished coating.

Use abrasion tester for dry abrasion test, with scouring pad of 3M 7447B and 1.5-kg weight. Rubbing back and forth counts one time.
The coating is poured into the packaging bucket and then sealed.
