Black Three Layer Water-soluble PES Coating for Cookware

This Black Non-stick Coating is a Three Layer Water-soluble Coating made from Polyethersulfone(PES), which is the national patent technique that PES is used as the binder. We develop and manufacture PES non-stick coating, overcoming the reliance of traditional PAI not-stick coating and greatly improving the performance and service life of the coating. Compared to other common non-stick coating material like PTFE, our PES non-stick coating provides high temperature resistance, great abrasion resistance, super rigidity, and chemical resistance, which makes it safe, practical, and durable for kitchenware, metal parts, automotive parts, medical devices, injection molds, and many other applications.

Appearance of Coating Film	Flat and smooth without obvious,roughness,bittiness,discoloration,and scratches.	Soak for 72 hours in 10% salt water. The coating film should have no abnormality.
Adhesion	No fall-off of the coating film	50-KG recoil for 2 times. Scrape the coating surface with a knife on the breach. Then scrape it down with nails, and there should be no obvious peeling off.
Layer Adhesion	The falling grid should be 1 or less when 3M tape is pulled 5 times in different directions.	Draw a 100-square grid of 1mm X 1mm on the surface of the coating, then drag a 3M tape to test.
Hardness	≥2H	Use pencil of 2H-3H with hardness tester
Acid Resistance	No abnormality of the coating film	Boil for 30 minutes or longer in a reagent hydrochloric acid solution with a volume fraction of 12%

Abrasion Resistance (Test item is a slab)	After 5000-time abrasion or more, there is no obvious wear-out on the coating.	Wet grinding test (5% dishwashing liquid +95% tap water) with 3M 7447B cloth and 4.5KG weight, back and forth for one time, 500 times turn one side.
