Water-based silicone modified resin has good gloss, temperature resistance and water resistance. It is suitable for metal exterior paint of household appliances, tableware, and kitchen utensils. It has good hardness and appearance.
1. Store indoors at room temperature, keep the storage environment dry and ventilated, and the shelf life is 12 months.
2. Transportation can be carried according to Class C materials. It is recommended to use sealed trucks to avoid getting wet.
3. Please use up as soon as possible after opening the package, otherwise please keep it sealed.
In case of splashing into eyes, inhalation, swallowing, etc., seek medical attention as soon as possible.
Put pure water, appropriate amount of dispersant, and appropriate amount of glycerin into the basket sand mill first, and make a slurry with 30%-50% solid content according to the needs. After the slurry passes through the 400-mesh screen, put the pigment paste and other materials according to the paint formula, adjust the viscosity and filter before use. (According to the quantity, the production time is about 4-8 hours)
Note: When grinding the slurry, the temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius.
